FAQ
Q: Will we be learning the handstand technique here?
A: Yes! We will be focused on learning a stable, reliable and repeatable handstand technique.
Q: Will I be able to handstand fear free at the end of the weekend?
A: The learning process is a very individual one and takes time so it will take you longer than a weekend. The goal of this workshop is to not only teach you technique, and also a process for moving forwards, giving you the tools you need to learn.
Q: Are there any prerequisites that I need to have?
A: Being able to kick up to a wall or at least close to it.
Q: I have a fear of handstanding away from the wall, will we be working on this?
A :Yes! We will be learning about safe 'bailing out' technique, and building confidence on being away from the wall.
