All Levels General Class
General Class, focused on technique. A good place for starters, beginners and hobbyists
Handstand Training Class
A focused class, centred on hard work and focused training. Good for people ready to start making more serious progress in their handstand

Monday 7pm - Handstand Training Class - Intermediate/Advanced
Tuesday 7pm - All Levels General Class
Wednesday 7pm - Handstand Training Class - All Levels
Friday 6:30pm - All Levels General Class

Private Sessions - Handstands
Private Sessions are for people who want to develop and
progress faster with their handstands. This will be much more specific to your handstand goals and will involve direct work entirely through the session. Sessions are 1 hour, however for more advanced practitioners 2 hour sessions are also available (Discuss with me)
This is perfect for people wanting to develop more advanced skills in handstands, such as press handstands, handstand shapes and one arm handstands, and anyone who wants to fast-track their development.
Private Sessions Available by Appointment 7 days a week
I can also teach a variety of skills, such as Juggling, Gymnastic Rings training (including Muscle Ups, Levers etc), Stretching and Flexibility, Basic Boxing and Kick-Boxing and Basic Tumbling. Contact Me for details.
